The location of this property is why you should stay here. You can walk to a quiet beach, you can walk to the best restaurants/shops, and you can make a day trip to Provincetown or Nantucket easily. The breakfast provided is a nice start to your day.
The location from the beach was excellent. The coffee was good, as was the breakfast.
Such a quaint and adorable location, Minutes from Lighthouse Beach, lots of beach amenities, solid continental breakfast, very clean room and gorgeous views. ots of parking.
Staff was wonderful. Location is perfect. Just close enough to the town Centre get away enough and closer to the water.
So convenient to town and beach. Beds were really comfortable. Amazing views and ocean breezes. Free beach blankets, chairs towels and wagon to cart everything. Wine and cheese at dusk!

The location is excellent. Easily walkable to the center of town and the shops and restaurants. The beach is super close and he neighborhood is very picturesque and pleasant. Chris, the manager, is awesome. Very welcoming and friendly and he is happy to give recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.
great location and loved that they have wagons, beach toys, umbrellas and towels for guest to use. very family friendly.
